Service Request Management

  • Full workflow to accept/reject/correct requests from the seller dashboard.
  • When rejecting or correcting, a reason is required, which the client will receive exactly in their chatbot and as a notification.
  • When accepting on-site appointments: selection of exact start and end times; the end time adjusts automatically based on the service duration.
  • When accepting at-home appointments: selection of an estimated arrival window.
  • When accepting remote services: only the estimated delivery date is requested, without a specific time.
